Expedition Trimix Diver

This program is designed to train OC Divers already involved in deep diving activities to more safely conduct exploration dives requiring extended decompression profiles and helium based gas mixture. To teach knowledge and skills to qualify divers to perform Trimix Dives up to 400 fsw (120 msw).

How deep can you dive with this program?

• No dives may be conducted to depths greater than 400fsw (120msw).

What do you need to enroll in this program?

• Must be a qualified IANTD Trimix Diver or equivalent.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Must provide proof of at least 300 dives of which 100 were Trimix dives.

What are the training material requirements?

• IANTD Expedition Trimix Diver Student Kit.

What are the equipment requirements?

• Comply with all Equipment Requirements as specified in the general Technical Diver Courses overview.
• Cylinder requirements:
  • Double cylinders with dual outlet manifold, OR
  • Sidemount Configuration.
• Four (4) decompression cylinders.
