Night Diver

These programs are specifically designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of qualified divers, focusing on the unique aspects and challenges of night diving. Participants will gain a thorough understanding of the techniques, equipment, and safety procedures required for diving after dark. The course covers topics such as navigation in low visibility, communication signals, and managing potential hazards in the night environment. By the end of the program, divers will be equipped with the confidence and competence to safely conduct night dives, ensuring a rewarding and safe experience in underwater exploration during nighttime conditions

How deep can you dive with this program?
  • No dives may be conducted to depths greater than diver’s previous certification level.
What do you need to enroll in this program?
  • Must be qualified as IANTD Open Water Diver or equivalent.
  • Must be a minimum of 10 years of age and 14 years of age for Jr. Diver qualification WITH a parent or guardian authorization,
    • OR
  • Must be a minimum of 15 years of age for Diver qualification WITH a parent or guardian authorization,
    • OR
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age without guardian approval.
What are the training material requirements?
  • IANTD Advanced Open Water Diver Manual.
What are the equipment requirements?
  • Fulfill all Equipment Requirements as specified in the general Sport Diver Courses overview.
  • Two (2) lights
  • Configurations allowed:
    • Single cylinder 
    • Doubles with isolator valve
    • Sidemount
