This Program is designed to train those who wish to dive to depths between 130 fsw (39 msw) and 233 fsw (70 msw), but who do not wish to breathe air below 130 fsw (39 msw). This Program is further designed to train divers in the safer use of Rebreathers for dives using normoxic helium-based gas mixtures.

How deep can you dive with the IANTD Normoxic Trimix Plus Diver (pSCR, CCR) Program?

No dives may be conducted to depths greater than 233fsw (70msw).

What do you need to enroll in this program?

• Must be a qualified IANTD Rebreather Normoxic Trimix Diver
• Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
• Must be a qualified IANTD Rebreather Diver
• Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
• Must provide proof of a minimum of 50 logged dives with a minimum of 50 hours using a rebreather. At least 25 logged dives and 25 hours shall have been made with the same specific rebreather unit to be used in the course. A minimum of 10 rebreather dives shall have been made to a depth of at least 100 fsw (30 msw) requiring decompression stops.
• NOTE: If the student is also certified as Trimix Diver (Open Circuit) and have the 100 hours on the unit specific, once the CCR Normoxic Trimix program is finished and the certification issued, the Instructor can continue to the CCR Trimix program.
