Trimix Diver
This program is designed for experienced deep divers looking to perform deep water exploration up to 333 fsw (100 msw) with maximum clarity and safety using trimix gas mixtures. The course focuses on deep technical dive planning, self-reliance, and advanced gas management.
Program Specifications
- Maximum Depth: 333 fsw (100 msw)
- Minimum Age: 18 years old
- Prerequisites:
- Must be qualified as an IANTD Technical Diver, Technical Cave Diver, Technical Wreck Diver, Normoxic Trimix Diver, Normoxic Trimix Plus Diver, or equivalent
- Proof of a minimum of 200 logged dives, with at least 25 dives to depths between 140 fsw (42 msw) and 200 fsw (60 msw)
- Required Materials: IANTD Trimix Diver Student Kit
- Equipment Requirements:
- Double cylinders with dual outlet manifold, OR Sidemount configuration
- Three (3) decompression cylinders
- Comply with all Equipment Requirements specified in the general Technical Diver Courses overview
