Open Water EANx Diver
This program is designed to provide comprehensive training to those who wish to become SCUBA divers using Enriched Air Nitrox. It emphasizes the skills and knowledge needed to develop a safer novice diver, building confidence and responsibility for underwater exploration.
This qualification allows divers to dive to a maximum depth of 60 fsw (18 msw) using Enriched Air Nitrox mixtures containing up to 40% oxygen, accompanied by divers of at least the same level, without direct supervision. Dives must be conducted in conditions equal to or better than those in which the diver was trained, where appropriate surface support is available and no in-water decompression stops are required.
