Full Face M-48 MOD-1 Mask Diver
This course provides qualified divers with specialty training in the necessary procedures, knowledge, and skills required to safely dive using a full face mask, specifically configured with the Kirby-Morgan M-48 Mod 1 Hollis Modular POD Mask.
Program Specifications
- Maximum Depth: Equal to the diver’s previous certification level
- Minimum Age: 15 years old (with parent/guardian authorization) or 18 years old
- Prerequisites: Must be qualified in Open Circuit (IANTD Open Water Diver or equivalent for POD qualification)
- Required Materials: Manufactured Full Face Manual
- Equipment Requirements:
- Kirby-Morgan M-48 MOD-1
- Backup mask
- Must fulfill all general Sport Diver Course equipment requirements (Single cylinder, Doubles with isolator valve, and Sidemount configurations allowed)
