Elite SCUBA Diver
The Elite SCUBA Diver certification is the pinnacle of recognition for divers within the recreational diving framework. It is tailored for those who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to their diving education, skills development, and underwater experience. This certification represents the highest level a recreational diver can achieve before transitioning into professional roles such as dive instruction or advancing into the realm of technical diving.
Course Limits and Requirements
- Maximum Depth: Equal to the diver’s previous certification level
- Age Requirement: 18 years old
- Prerequisites:
- IANTD Advanced Open Water Diver (or equivalent)
- IANTD Rescue Diver (or equivalent)
- Must have five (5) IANTD certifications between IANTD Specialized Programs, Tek Lite Courses and Overhead & Technical Courses.
- Note: Only IANTD Specialized courses other than Diver First Aid, CPR, Oxygen Administrator or AED are valid for the application.
- Proof of a minimum of 75 logged dives
Application Procedure
- Complete and submit the Elite SCUBA Diver Application Form to an active IANTD Instructor Trainer, Headquarters, or local Licensee.
